Using PodSwiper
PodSwiper lets you discover videos from selected YouTube subscriptions, skip videos, and save videos to a private YouTube playlist. By signing in you agree to these terms and the YouTube Terms of Service. Read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.
Your account and actions
Use an account you are authorized to access and keep it secure. Connecting YouTube allows PodSwiper to read your subscriptions and manage the app’s playlist as described in the app. Saving a video adds it to that playlist; skipping records a decision in PodSwiper. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, or violate other people’s rights.
YouTube content
PodSwiper is an independent app and is not endorsed by Google or YouTube. Videos and other third-party content belong to their respective owners. PodSwiper does not grant rights to download, redistribute, or otherwise reuse that content. Content availability and Google and YouTube features may change.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that all video information is accurate or current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude warranties that are not expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Stopping use and changes
You can disconnect YouTube or delete your account at any time from your account page. We may restrict access to prevent abuse or meet legal requirements. We may change the service or these terms, providing notice of material changes where required.
